vicki’s bickies range of bickies include several varieties catering to people with both gluten and lactose intolerances.

however….

vicki’s bickies gingerbread may not be suited to people with food allergies. The gingerbread ingredients are all natural but the recipe requires the use of butter, wheat flour and some food colourings for the decorative fondant icing.

additionally, while our gingerbread doesn't contain nuts, some traces may be found, as nuts are used in producing other bickies in the vicki's bickies kitchen.
